Hello everyone, happy Friday to you all.
Before I share my card, I want to share a happy news, which I totally forgot to share with you guys, I shared it on Facebook and Instagram, and those who are connected with me there has already seen it. I was not blogging those days, so it totally slipped my mind to share it here.
Anyways, I happy to have my first ever card published, I was thinking for a long time to sent one, but wasn't confident of my work. Finally had some courage, and sent it a few months back, and it got selected on the first try!!! :D , I was tight-lipped about it for many months already, it's already out in open, and the magazine has made its way to the subscribers too. I am waiting to get my hands on it :)

Here is the peek of the card, which is published. I don't have the full picture with me, as my media is all transferred to the hard disk prior to my Korea trip to free up space on my phone. I click pictures only using my phone. I need to find that one picture from the pile of pictures on the hard disk now ;) and I will share the full card later.
I have used only Uniko Studio stamps here, the maple leaves are sponged from a hand-cut stencil. It is a fall themed thank you card.
Ok now to the card which I want to share today.
This is my first Christmas card for this year, I don't celebrate Christmas. I make only few Christmas cards over November and December to send to some of my friends. I wonder whom will I send this card!!
It is a very simple CAS card. I was inspired by just a few challenges, and it turned out that it fits perfect with so many challenges. A total 8, which I usually don't link one single card to. I have checked all the challenges, and no one seems to have any no.of challenges restrictions.
I started with WeRMemory keepers nestle circles to draw 2 circles, to get an outline for my wreath, and then pierced holes for sewing. I used sequins this time, I am sewing sequins after 2 decades!!
The outer big circle has big green sequins, the inner layer has tiny pale green sequins, I used a gold thread to run along, and added a few big red sequins, adding 2 jingle bells on the top. A gold bow to finish off the wreath.
A closer look at the wreath, it jingles pretty well.
The sentiment is from Kaisercraft.
I used foam adhesive to add the front panel.
I hope you all like this simple card!
Linking this with:
I am joining in with the optional twist
'Holidays with the Optional Twist of No Stamping'
(stamped sentiments allowed)
(stamped sentiments allowed)
A sequins sewn card
Sew easy
Another entry here
I have used just the sequins here
My card jingles in real, joining in for the music which comes from the bells ;)
I have mainly used only this birth stone color on my card
Chriss Blagrave is the Muse here, and I am joining with the wreath, colors, and sentiment here
Metal jingle bells used here, there is stitching, sequins, stamping here
Thank you for stopping by, and leaving your kind comments.
