Craftangles DT post - Christmas is in Air

Hello friends, I am up my DT post for CrafTangles.

I have used the Stencils from the October Release here.
I made these while I was in Hyderabad during October. My house stuff was still on the way, so I had a very limited craft stash on me.

I first sponged the barcode stencil in blue with a light hand, I then stamped the Old newspaper stamp in the same ink, followed by stamped  tree and lights, colored the lights using markers. Sentiment is from Christmas Ornament set. I added the front to a dotted base card from my stash.

-----------------------------

Once again I used the stencil with the same blue ink, followed by the stamping of the old newspaper and I drew a string and stamped the ornaments from the christmas ornament set, colored the stocking using a marker. The sentiment is also from the same set.

-------------------
I used the plaid stencil in the same blue ink followed by the newspaper stamp, The bauble is stamped, colored and fussy cut to add to the front. The sentiment is from the same Christmas ornament set.

Supplies used:
Bubble Background stencil
Diagonal plaid stencil
Barcode stencil
Christmas Ornaments stamp
Festive lights stamp
Old Newspaper stamp

Rustic Christmas - Uniko DT post

Hello friends, today I am up with 2 lookalike projects using the Rustic Christmas stamp set  from Uniko.

I have used the DI tumbled glass to stamp the snowflakes from the BIG & BOLD Snow stamp set
I stamped the tree using the DI pine needles. I have used the same ink to dab on the base card to create an edge. I added a few die cuts from my stash to put together the snow scene, the sentiment is from Peace on Earth stamp set.

Both these cards were made in bulk for an acquaintance of mine, and are winging to the US with her for her family and friends for Christmas.

I hope you like the inspiration.

Flying by

Hello friends, Hope your weekend has stated great.
we are bracing a big typhoon here, it is expected to make landfall and continue to move towards in this direction and tomorrow seems to be a crazy day.

Anyways, I made this card last week and totally forgot to share.
It is a one layer card.
I have doodled the plane and the dots and stamped the sentiment from CFS. I also didi a bit of sponging to create some clouds. That's all, it was made in less than 5  mins!

Uniko Challenge #56 Christmas, optional twist Tree

Hello friends, I am up with Challenge reminder for Uniko, this is the last challenge of the year.

I have a simple almost one layer card here.
I have used a glossy white paper here, it has a shimmer to it. You have to be careful not to touch the inks for a while, it should be dry well otherwise the ink smudges. That's the only drawback for this paper.
I used the distress oxide inks for sponging the stunning snowflakes using the Uniko stencil. Then stamped the tree with pine needle DI. Stamped the sentiment on a green strip to finish off.

More freehand watercoloring - CrafTangles DT post

Hello friends, I am up with another set of freehand watercoloring cards.

Ok so you might recall these from my Instagram account  - @rahmat.cccc. I have just finished the pieces to cards.

I painted these autumn maple leaves using the gorgeous shades of CrafTangles liquid watercolors - Autumn blaze, lemontart, moroccon spice, limelight, ripe plum. After painting, I added some splatters to the front.

The sentiment is from the set - Just a Note

I just painted an edge of the base card with morroccon spice to give some interest and added the front to it.

------------------------

Watercolors used here are Limelight, morrocon spice to paint the Calla lily and leaves. I used the bubble stencil to sponge the BG in green DI. The sentiment is from my stash.
 ----------------

I used the liquid watercolors poolside, ocean breeze, morrocon spice to create the ocean here leaving the fish, I had a rough sketch for the fish. I used the orange to paint the Koi.
The sentiment is from - By the Sea Side
I had painted the base using the blue colors to gel with the front.

All the front panels are painted on  Craftangles watercolor paper

Have faith

Hello friends, I am up with another simple make today.

I have used CFS here to make this card.
I first scored the base to get some dimension. The letters are stamped and I colored only the BG leaving the flowers as outlines, added a textured green card to the panel and added it to the bottom of the card. I went back and forth to place the word 'have', but decided to pace it right above.
That is it! I would have added a few blings, but I don't have any here, and I am unable to find those in any stores.
So the limited supplies have brought me back to my love - CAS.

Tone on tone stripes

Hello friends, another quick share with a simple share using Altenew stamps.

I stamped the flowers and leaves in DI and used the same inks to watercolor the images. I did partial fussy cutting of the panel. I added some white strips to the base card and added the floral panel using foam adhesive. The sentiment is stamped on the image to finish it off.

Christmas cards - 2

Happy Friday friends, hope you all have a relaxing weekend!

I thought of sharing another Christmas card, I made this last week. I have more hands on hand nowadays, since I am staying in the hotel suite and no work to do. SO crafting is what is keeping me busy, and I end up with so many projects on hand now!

I used the Uniko stencil, stamps and die cuts to make this card.
I used the brush to blend the inks here, I am aiming for a sweater look here.
I sponged a white card with the faded jeans ink and stamped the tiny snowflakes using the same ink, and die cut it using the snow die cut.

One stencil 2 lookalike cards - CrafTangles Post

Hello friends, I am sharing 2 projects today both featuring the gears stencil from the CrafTangles.

I was in need of 2 masculine birthday cards, one for my son and other for my brother, and with limited supplies on hand, I had to be creative. These both are quite similar, yet different at the same time.

This one is inked on a white card stock using the 3 shades of the inks. After sponging, I sprinkled some mist to get  a rustic background. the base card is dabbed with black soot DI only to an edge.

-------------------

I have used a marble themed patter paper for the stenciling here as the front. I have used a photo paper for the base card, and the DI is grey.
