Hand drawn Fuchsia flowers

Oh I have a bit of time to go in detail of this post. So many challenges are on with flowers, and for someone like me who don't own a single flower stamp can be a let down. But I still wanted to give a try at these challenges. Flowers and leaves are the only things other than micro organisms which I can draw reasonably well, I studied microbiology and botany for my bachelor's, and I had to draw a lots and lots of different types.
Anyway, last spring I went to Singapore, and I love visiting botanical gardens by all means. I looked through my pictures I clicked back then, and picked the Fuchsias to draw.
A single layered card,  first drew the flowers a leaves.  Went on to color using watercolor pencils, and then ran a brush dipped in water. Added some pink and purple glitter to the flowers. Inked the bottom to give a greenery feeling. That's all.

The pictures I clicked in Singapore.

Oops! just realized that I can combine with 3 other challenges, I understand if my entry is not qualified!

Thank you for stopping by, I appreciate your feedback, if you are not in a hurry :) Have a great day!

  4. Just lovely your hand drawn Fuchsias - I always love them, but I was never successful in growing one - I don;t think they like the climate here in NJ. Great to see you playing with us at STAMPlorations. Come back next time, too! Hugs, Cornelia DT
