You got this!

Hello everyone, this is my second post. Actually I saw these words on a friends FB post, and was telling how I can picture a card, and ended up making it.

The words are computer generated, printed not in black but grey shade, and then I cut the front panel, and did sponging using pink pirouette from SU and worn lipstick DI , and then added splatters using the worn lipstick ink. Then I ran the panel through my big shot using, MFT rectangle die. It is a very simple but motivational card, and I wanted the words to be the star here. I hope you all like it, I love it!

A CAS card

Hello friends, I am up with a very simple card. I bought the Newton's Nook stamps, when I was in HK a few days back. This is my first ever set, glad that I can finally buy it here.
It is a one layer card, I started with stamping the hello first from winged wishes set, then the remaining sentiment, and then the birds, followed by the tiny flowers. All these are outline stamps and are colored using markers and pencils. The leaves on the bottom are from Lawn Fawn. I decided to sponge green at the bottom, and then colored the leaves. I also sponged yellow, very lightly around the flowers, a few pearls to finish off.

Blue and pink

Hello all. I am up with a card with an unusual combination of colors. I chose blue and pink together, I really cannot explain my choice of colors, I followed my intuition and landed up with these.
I worked with a white base, and a baby blue polka dot panel, which is angled. The front is water color paper, I chose Lawn Fawn stamps fort he little robotic scene with cupcakes and balloons.
I colored the images using markers and color pencils.

Beach birthday

Hi everyone, I am up with a card after many days. This was a long weekend, as Friday and Monday being holidays for hubby, and weekend I went hiking, and going on lunch dates with hubby ;) , so blogging has taken a back seat. I haven't visited anyone blogs too, will catch up with that soon.
Anyways, I am up with a card, I made a few last week and decided not to share at least 3 cards, as I was not happy with those.
This one is made just now, I started of with water coloring the background, and then I used Paper Smooches - summer loving stamps to stamp around the panel, and colored the images using color pencils, the birthday sentiment is from Uniko Studio.
I added the water colored panel using foam adhesive. I discarded white and blue cards as base, before settling in for the Kraft base. I hope you like this simple one.

Live like it's summer everyday

Hey all, I am so happy this morning. YES, we finally have loads of sunshine, the sun is out after many weeks, and it is crystal clear outside, actually it was a whole lot clear in the night itself.
That being said, it is not warm, it is cold, we are going through another cold spell, really hope it is the last one!!!

I made a card yesterday evening, using memory box shine stencil, it is a one layer card. I sponged the sunshine using red, orange, mustard and yellow shades of ink. The Umbrella is from WSplus9, and the sentiment is from paper Smooches, so are the birds.
It is a super simple card.

Happy wedding

Hey all, I am up with a card to share, actually again I have oiled up too many cards, which need to be shared.
It is a simple card, based on pink and grey color scheme. I chose a white base, and took a calculative risk of stamping on the grey shimmery card stock for front. I had chose the Altenew vintage rose set again. I used pink shades of ink for the roses and the leaves are stamped using Lawn Fawn hippo - which is a grey ink. Once the stamping was done, I stamped the sentiment from the same set in black, and I added a paper lace to the top, and rounded the corner on the one corner at the bottom. A few pearls and jewels to finish off.
It is quite an elegant card for a wedding, I think it looks much more nicer in real than in the picture, the weather is bit bad with bad lighting, and I don't like to take pictures with artificial lighting.

Delicate rose with soft colors

Good morning/day all blogger friends. I am up with a card, this was made 2 days back. I am on and off crafting nowadays, the weather is just not cooperating, but the good news is that this weekend onwards we have a long streak of sunshine, I am hoping that the forecast won't change.

For my card, I have used all white base and front. I once again used the Altenew vintage roses stamp, it is a multiple stamping set, and I did some masking too. I have used a very soft color palette to make the roses look very delicate. The sentiment is from Uniko Studio, I finished off with a few pearls, and used foam adhesive to add the front panel, I did run this panel through my big shot using MFT rectangle die. That is all.

Right now when I look outside my window, everything is white, we are going through an extremely wet and dense foggy weather, you can just see traces of colors here and there. So my card is all white with few colors on it.

ATSM #186

Hey all, it's Wednesday and time for a brand new challenge at ATSM. Today is Anything Goes, so whatever you are making, just join us with that ;)
We are sponsored by

Prize is 2 digis.

For my card, I have used Altenew Vintage roses, I stamped these on a mixed media paper, using a red pigment from versamark, the first layer is stamped with a very light hand, using bare minimum
ink, followed by 2 different shades of DI's...sorry, but I need to check the names of the inks, these are new and I don't remember the names!!
As you can tell there is lots of masking done here, I didn't click any picture this time!
The leaves are stamped using wild wasabi from SU and very olives from momento.
I had water-colored the panel randomly using a brown and green DI, again , I don't remember the names :(...will update later if possible.
Once the panel was all dry, I splattered some of the brown di....and a few matching sequins to finish of the panel, it is added using a foam adhesive.
I chose a kraft base, and the sentiment is from Mama Elephant - water blooms.
I am in love with this card! Hope you all like it as much as I do.

Stenciled background & water colored front

Hey all, I am up with a card which was made a few days back. It is made using Tim Holtz wood grain stencil for the background, I had used a green pigment ink to gently stencil. The front is stamped on a water color with the lotus buds from Waffle Flower in hippo color from Lawn Fawn, and then I drew and cut the circle. I used distress inks to add the water color to the buds and around it. I had also used some color pencils to add more shades to the buds.
The sentiment is from STAMPlorations - trendy feathers, a few sequins to finish off.

Going nuts with the weather ;)

Hey all, I hope the week had kick started for all of you. For us our wet, humid and cold weather is staying very loyal to us ;) We woke up to thunderstorms , sounding like cymbals !!! and heavy rain this morning, and poor kiddos have to go to school too. For many days in a row, there is practically no difference between a day and an evening, what I am saying is that it is just grey all throughout. I never thought that in my life I would long to see sun, always took it granted. I REALLY need to see sunshine. As per the forecast, coming weekend we might see some sunshine after many weeks!!!
Sorry to rant about my weather!!

I haven't being able to craft these last few days, the weather is finally getting me! I am sharing a few things which were made last week and sitting on my desk to be shared.

For today, it is just a tag. I am going to share just one picture, as my laptop is with my son, which has the rest of the pictures of the process. I can't click a picture now with this bad lighting.
I used a piece of scrap to make this, I started with sponging with green, purple and yellow pigment inks, then I used Kaisercraft script stamp and stamped it using a mowed lawn DI ink. I used Avery Elle tag die to die cut the tag. I stamped the vintage rose and leaves from Atlenew in purple and green and fussy cut and added it with foam adhesive. The sentiment is also from Avery Elle - Giraffe balloon set, I had heat embossed it using gold Ep. A few jewels and a twine to finish off. I would say this is my first ever proper tag, I made earlier but never had a die. I hope you find it interesting.
