Winter sunset

Happy Wednesday everyone!

I made this card yesterday night, the idea was sitting in my head for a few weeks, but I seldom step in my craft room nowadays, so it has taken me quite a few weeks to execute the idea.

It is almost a one layer card, but for the sentiment strip.
I cut out a circle on a masking paper, and used the negative, in order to sponge the sun. I have used 3 shades of distress inks for the sun.
I used an outlined tree from my custom made stamps collection, and stamped on the sun. I decided to keep it outlines to give a look of "covered in snow".
The sentiment is from STAMPlorations., I edged the strip with a glitter paper. Keeping it as clean as possible.

Lionking this with:
My interpretation is of a frozen sunset, with a snow covered tree. I hope I am making sense😜

This sketch has compelled me to execute my card idea, which was sitting in my head for weeks.
