ATSM #112

Hello blog friends, today we have a brand new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. The theme is  Make your Mark - your entry MUST contain the use of Markers - Stampin' Write, Copics, Promarkers, Painting, Chalks, Sewing - ANYTHING REALLY THAT MAKES A MARK ON YOUR PROJECT.

For this I have used the sponsor's image, It is Poinsettia by
Scrappers Delights - Designs by Janice Cullen. I used my Faber Castle marker brush to color the image and then I added back stitches on it, I guess adding stitches is my way of making my mark!
Added a simple sentiment , and paired it up with white and red color card stock only. I want the flower to be the highlight of this card, so nothing else is added.

My process - after coloring

used a golden gel pen to draw the lines in the petals

piercing the paper for stitches, it was a very long process, took me quite a lot of time to stitch the image, but I am very happy with it.

Hop onto the ATSM blog now to see the inspiration from the other DT's.  Hope to see you there with your creations.

We have an amazing sponsor, who is offering 3 free digis to the winner
Thank you for stopping by, I really appreciate your kind  feedback :) Have a great day!
