Acrylic block backgrounds

Hey all, I hope everyone is doing great, and enjoying the holidays. I am waiting for Monday, the schools will reopen, and hopefully life will get back to normal routine.
I am up with  2cards, both have same technique. I had used the acrylic block stamping on both.

The first one up is made using 3 distress inks - spiced marmalade, dried marigold, and squeezed lemonade. I dabbed the pads on the aryclic block and sprayed some mist, and pressed the paper against it. Once dried, I added the die cut butterfly, and stamped the sentiment on a black paper using white pigment ink. The sentiment is from HLS - mix mash set. Added a few sequins to finish off.

I was inspired by the colors, and the butterfly here.

Going with both sketch and theme

has used some yellow and a butterfly on my card

The second card is also made using the same technique, here I had used fired brick and barndoor inks to create the background. I added a shimmery green ribbon, and also added a diecut flower and few leaves, and the sentiment is from STAMPlorations.
