Big red Dahlias

Good morning, weekend has started here, bit busy now onwards. One child has returned from her week long experience week, so gives me some relief, I was going bit crazy with no children in the home. My son will be back tomorrow evening from Japan. The house hunt was successful too, we signed a new lease yesterday, so will be busy with this move. First time ever furnishing a home outside India, so should be fun! We were always lucky to live in well furnished houses for more than a decade now.

I squeezed in some time for a card or 2 actually ;)
I chose a red textured base, and added a white front, I bought some new crafty supplies from Hong Kong on Thursday, so using those. I chose the dahlias from Mama Elephant - free-stlye blooms.
I stamped in black, and then water colored using distress inks - firebrick and velvet rose.
The sentiment is from WPlusedesign - embroidered bouquet. Finished off with big rhine stones for the flower centers. That's it...oh wait, I did added a black panel to the white front.
