Merry Christmas

Hey all, I have another card which I made and was sitting to be posted, and since December is all about Christmas cards, I thought I would post it anyways.

I had used the stamps from Uniko, and the front panel is dry embossed using a snowflake stencil from Craftangles. I just used only green and white here.

Uniko Nov/Dec Challenge

Hey all, its time for reminder for our challenge at Uniko.
Its easy!

I went with the Christmas celebration and gold optional theme.
I simply chose the gold pearl EP from WOW and heat embossed the poinsettia and fussy cut it to add.
I dry embossed the front panel with a scattered dot stencil and edged the panel with gold glitter strips.
Stamped the sentiments from the same set.
Since it is hard to capture gold, I have a couple of variations to show the beautiful shine from the EP.

It's been a while since I linked up my cards anywhere, but thought of doing so for this one.

Struck with grief

Hello friends Rahmat here after a very long time.

I was gone unannounced for the last few weeks. My dear dad passed away on 8th October, and I was in India since 5th October. It was very sudden, and I still haven't come to accept it fully.
I am learning to live with this sad reality, some days are better than the other, where as some days are more miserable.
Though I am back home for more than a week already, I have no motivation to step inside my craft room. I simply cannot do anything, I am sad that my dad didn't had time for a proper goodbye. I got to see him alive, but there was not much talking done.
I used to talk to him on phone almost everyday, and that is what I miss the most now.
I will start taking part in the daily marker coloring challenge from 1st, just because my dad loves flowers, and I will try to find some comfort in coloring some flowers. Crafting is off limits I dont know until when.

Uniko Sep/Oct Challenge

Hello everyone, I am up with a reminder post for the Uniko challenge.

                                         


I am inspired by the fall theme, and the optional twist as well. I first stamped the bold outlined Thanks and used a black copic marker to color it, by fusing the top and giving a fading.
Then I stamped the natures treasure leaves from Uniko in green and used the markers to go over with shaded colors. I stamped some small flourished around the sentiment.
That is all, its a simple fall card.
