Just Buzzun' by

Hey all, I am up with a card using the freebie from Inspired by Stamping's latest Newsletter.
I shared a short video 2 days back of the coloring of this freebie.
In case you haven't seen here it is.

I used a Canson water color paper to print the freebie, and used Staedtler Marsgraphic markers 300 duo markers to color the image.
I added some wink of stell and glossy accents to some images to add some interest.
I used a turquoise textured base, and added the front and finished with a few jewels.

One Layer Thanks

Happy Sunday everyone!

I am up with a simple One layer today.
You might have seen on Instagram that I shared the card bases a friend of mine brought me from US.
I simply used one of the card bases here for my card.
These are textured card bases.

I used Uniko All Occasions Sentiments and stamped the big outlined Thanks and colored it using the green zig clean color brush marker in an Ombre shade. I stamped the small sentiment under it. A few sequins to finish of this card.

Stripes and Roses

Hey all, a quick share. I made this card yesterday night.

I had used the altnew vintage roses set here.
I used the inks colors from the July Challenge.
I stamped the roses and leaves in a circle, kind of a wreath form to the edge.
I added a green striped PP from Poppies at the bottom and drew some stripes on the base card on the top. I stamped the sentiment from the Altenew - orchids set on the PP paper. Some sequins in matching colors to finish off.

Butterfly shaker

Happy Wednesday everyone!
I am up with a card which I just finished making it, and since its summer holidays and I have plenty of free time to blog it, so sharing it right away.

Sharing some thing related to this card!
On the last day of the school my daughter came home with her art work, and among that was a water colored background in yellow shades on a A size paper. She said she didn't like the BG so she made another one for her art, and this one was just a scrap. Now I wouldn't let her throw such a a big paper, so I asked her if I could use it, and she was happy to lend me that.
I bet I will be able to use t on over 20 cards!

So the first thing was to start with cutting a piece of that big BG from the watercolor paper for my card. Her BG is in pale yellow, which gives me a lot of room to add my own colors or inks to it. I first started with die cutting a butterfly, and then used a handcut horizontal stripe stencil to ink up further in using Squeezed lemonade distress ink.
I then stamped the sentiment from Casual Friday Stamps - Floating set.
I used yellow sequins from CrafTangles to create the Shaker. The base card is white.
I added the diecut butterfly by inlaying only the middle part of the butterfly and let the wings fly, so that the shaker is also visit well.

A few more sequins on the front to finish off.

Inspired by Flag

Happy weekend peeps. I am back after a while with a card. I had been crafting a lot nowadays, but all are for my DT posts. I am prepping for a holiday in next few days, so getting all my projects ready!

I was inspired by the Less is More challenge.
I used the Macau flag colors for my inspiration here. It is green, white and gold/yellow
I used a green card stock, and used the Marvellous Mehndi stamps and heat embossed in gold. I edged it with a gold glitter strip and stamped the sentiment 'greetings' on the top of the panel, and wrote "from" . I used Concord and 9th alphabits to stamp 'MACAU' on black and heat embossed in gold.
That is it, its super clean card.
