ATSM #200 - 4th Birthday

Hello all we have our 200th Challenge today, and it is also ATSM's 4th Birthday.
This alos happens to be my last post here as the DT, I am stepping down after 2 wonderful years, and I thank Kylie very much for offering a place to me in ATSM, I was just a newbie back then, and she took a great risk...lol.

For my card I had used HLS stamps, as you all know that it is owned by Kylie, the owner of ATSM.
It is a one layer card, and I used the 4 from HLS - Big Bold Numbers, and the sentiment from HLS - Mix Mash set. I stenciled the starts using ARTplorations stars stencil, I chose only the small stars here, and done with few gold jewels. A very simple card.

ATSM #198

Hello folks, it is Wednesday and  time for a new challenge at ATSM. Today we have Holiday challenge, you can make anything as long as it goes with the theme.

We are sponsored by STAMPlorations, the winner will get 2 digis.

For my card, I have made for Father's day.
It is a pretty simple card, with masking and inking. I used DI - fired brick, worn lipstick, salty ocean and another dark shade of blue, I can't recall the name. I bought quite lot of DI's and need to memorize the names.
Once my front panel was all inked up, I stamped the sentiment using Hero Arts - skecthed letters and Avery Elle- Handwritten notes. There are 2 different types of starts heat embossed in silver, one from STAMPlorations and one from another company. I simply glued the front panel to the base, and that is all.

ATSM #190

Hello everyone, it's Wednesday and that means it is a new challenge time at ATSM. Today we have a photo inspiration for you. You can make anything inspired by the photo.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Happy Little Stampers, the winner gets $15 to the store.

I wa inspired by the colors, and all the beautiful words to describe MOM, so I chose a heart themed card with words as sentiments.
I cut out a heart using a water colored paper and then cut it in strips, The strips are inked with various shades of distress inks, and then I ran my water brush to give a water colored look. I also added splatters on the heart. The top and bottom are added added as it as whole using foam adhesive, but the rest of the strips are added with foam on one side and just glue on the other, and I had used an alternating pattern for this. I am not sure , if the design comes across clearly in the pictures, I tried my best to click photos to show it to you.
I used Hero Arts sketched letter for the word MOM, and the other words are from another stamp company, I don't know the name as I don't have the original packing with me :(

At the very bottom I stamped a heart in red, and a "U"inside it.
A few jewels to finish off. I hope you like it.

 I have chosen the sponsors stamps for the card. I used Trendy feathers, and stamped these in turquoise, aqua and pink pigment inks and stamped randomly around the card, while keeping it CAS. A few splatters, and pink sequins to finish off.

For my card, I chose a white base, and then used chalk pastels of 3 shades to ink the background. Then I used the HLS mix mash circle stamps to create the bokeh using different shades of blue and white ink, I added the sentiment from the same set on a black strip if paper.

It is bit messy, it leaves a powdery aftermath

For my card, I chose Valentine theme to do. It is a one layer card. I used Wplus9 stamps for this, I have just chosen black and red to work with. I did some masking and sponging too. A very simple card to put together.

ATSM #176

Hello all its Wednesday, and time fro a brand new challenge at ATSM. Today is everyone's favorite "Anything Goes"

Our sponsor for this challenge is  STAMPlorations, anad the winner will get $10 gift certificate. I love their stamps, so go for it with whatever you are making.

I chose Sponsor's stamps to make my card. I started with inking the base card with yellow and blue pigment inks, and then I used the feathers from Trendy feathers set to stamp in black. The top panel is angled and I used the yellow and blue inks to stamp the feathers and added some splatters as well, the sentiment is also from the same set.

Good morning all, a new challenge at ATSM today, it is Holiday. Yes make anything realtedt o holidays and play along with us.

For my card, I used Deedee'e image called bounteous blessings.
I have colored it in rather softer shades, and added a strip of pattern paper to one side, the sentiment came along with the image.
