Another set of 2 cards

Hello all, happy Monday, hope you all are enjoying the summer. Our summer is extremely hot nowadays, usually it is this hot during July and August, and I am always in India during this time, and I escape the heat, but I am getting a taste of it this year!!!!!
Anyways, the sky is glorious blue, and the sunsets are spectacular, and I stay indoors as much as possible, so I should not complain much!

I have been crafty, and have really quite a few cards to share.
Sharing again set of 2 cards now.
The first one is made using the acrylic block inking technique, I have 6 DI to make this, simply dabbed on the acrylic block and sprayed some mist and pressed my card against it.
Once the ink wad dry, I used ME- Freestyle floral to heat emboss in gold.
The sentiment are from Uniko and HLS. I added a white floss under the sentiment to give more interest. That is it, it is a pretty vibrant card! hope you like it.

I have take inspiration Anita's card from the distress inks, the embossed images, and overall stamping.

The second card is super CAS, a one layer card, I used a rubber stamp bought locally here, and then I added the big googley eyes, and stamped the sentiment from ME- water blooms. That is it, nothing to brag about it here.

  8. Striking background! That is a great result from what I know as the smooching technique. I haven't quite mastered it. Gold embossing of the flowers is the perfect complment.
