Hey all, it's time for a revisit at Uniko.
Today we are revising the previously released set - Fun Flowers stamp set and recently released stencil as well.
I have made 2 cards using the flower stamp set.
For the below card, I chose do a one layer, and Stamped the flowers and leaves in just one corner of the card, and stamped the sentiment over the image. I decided to leave the images as outlined, as I liked it as it is!

The second card is also stamped in outlines, I have used a Pink front to stamp the flowers and leaves. I trimmed the panel and split it up to add with the sentiment in between the panels. I stamped the Happy over the big sentiment- I don't know what I was thinking, but I have a neutal feeling for this card, there is no love or hate😏

Thank you for stopping by, I really appreciate your kind feedback :) Have a great day!
The floral arrangement on the first looks so pretty Rahmat and your idea for the sentiment is fab too. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous pair of cards. The first one is so pretty and springlike and uses agreat combo of Uniko stamps. Thanks for linking it up at AAA Cards. The colours and all over stamping on the second really is a triumph. Stunning showcase Rahmat.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant duo! Completely different ideas with super CAS-tastic on the first one but looking absolutely stunning with the bold 'Beautiful' sentiment then a hot pink background of floral beauty on the second. Great ideas and a super showcase. Happy Spring! x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards :)

Oooh! This is beautiful, Rahmat ! I LOVE your gorgeous CAS first card. Such a beautiful colours combo and a great design. And I can tell "Great minds think alike" for your second card since I've been inspired with the same colour combo, isn't it marvellous ? Love how you stamped the "happy birthday" sentiment, so original ! Have a fabulous weekend. Hugs x

ReplyDeleteI love the way you have built up the designs, especially on the first card. really gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteJane
Your cards are really beautiful...keep inspiring!!hugs
ReplyDeleteRahmat, your CAS card ist just amazing! Love this clean look!
ReplyDeleteYou write, you have only a neutral feeling for the second one... maybe it's because the gap is "wrong"? You just cut the paper in two pieces, moved one and "filled" the gap between with the sentiment. But for your eye/mind it's maybe strange to see the image be stretched across the gap...
When I use gaps, I always try to cut this part away - especially with larger patterns, the mind may fill the missing lines, in the right size without stretching.
In case of your card: like the sentiment was covering a part of the pattern or as the pattern is going underneath the sentiment.
Hope my explanation wasn't too hard to understand. But human mind is sometimes strange - it's recognizing so many things you can't explain. And optical stuff is irritating us really quickly when there is something "incorrect".
What do you think? Might this be the "problem"?
I love the way you used the stamps and colours! (But my mind has the gap-problem)
Hugs, Wiebke
