Hello all, weekend had kicked in here, and I had plenty of time today as hubby dear didn't come home for lunch, instead of crafting I ended watching Korean drama....yes I love watching Korean tv over my country's Indian tv ;)
I just made a card now, it was a sudden urge to sponge a maple leaf, and I don't own any die- cut or stencil of maple leaf...so went around the house looking for a maple leaf picture, my darling daughter suggested I should print a leaf and cut and use....hehee ..she is smarter than me I guess. But luckily I found one, since kiddos go to Canadian school, found one around the house. I simple had to fuzzy cut it with scissors, and used the negative as stencil. I had used distress inks - vintage photo, crushed olives, fired brick, and forest moss to get the effect I wanted. I stamped the sentiment from STAMPlorations - trendy feathers.
I am very much satisfied with the card, it is a one layered card, other than sponging there is nothing much to brag about here.
Hope you all like it.

I am going with just 2 maple leaves on the card, I hope it makes the cut for the number!
