A few cards

Yesterday was a free day, my daughter turned 12 today so she invited a few friends for a play date and sleepover. My son went to his friend's house for sleepover,  and hubby had a business dinner...everyone was busy but me, so I sat down to make a couple of cards.

For the first one, I used a cheetah embossing folder,  inked it up with yellow and pink, there is a gradient layer too ,  sprayed some mist and pressed the card against it. Added 3 flagged panels and a twine,  fuzzy cut sentiment and done.

For the second  card, I used a die cut flower, and then went on to emboss it with the bamboo folder, I had used the inlay die cut technique, and added 2 tiny punched flowers and a rhinestone to add more dimensions to the flowers. The sentiment, I had cut it in a leaf shape and distressed the edges with green ink. I like the clean look of this card.

Used die cut flowers

Added bamboo texture

The last one, I had used a light turquoise card stock as base, added a dotted pattern paper, and a grid paper too...stamped the scissors and cut the paper and folded outwards, I wanted to keep the sentiment inside...was trying to mimic a look where you open and reveal something. The grid paper looks like it is not aligned properly, but it is. I didn't glue the bottom part, so may be that's why I couldn't get a good picture.

I used the turquoise color from the tape(?), the dotted and grid paper, trying to mimic the background of the picture, a scissors and a note with orange edges.

Thank you for stopping by, I appreciate your feedback, if you are not in a hurry :) Have a great day!
