Foils with Defofoil transfer gel DUO - Craftangles DT post

Hello friends, I am up on hndmd blog with some inspirations using CrafTangles foils and stencils.

I was waiting to get my hands on the new Decofoil Transfer DUO to experiment with the foils. This new one you can used 2-way with heat and no heat techniques. If you are looking for a gel where no laminator is needed to use foils on your projects, then this is the one.

I do have a video here for you to see the the process. The video was recorded as a 2 min timelapse and last minute I changed it to 10 mins, thinking some of you may want to look at a slower version of the things, so it seems laggy or sketchy. Going forward, I have already changed the format of recording now, so the future ones will be better.

All the foils, stamps and stencils are from CrafTangles

Altenew layer blooms cover plate die cuts

Happy Saturday friends! Hope your summer is going great.
Mine is busy with our upcoming relocation. It's going to be hard to move after spending 12 years in a place I guess. Well with the little one also going away to university this summer, I personally think it would be better to move to a new place....Hubby's new job is in South East Asia as well, and it's tropical country, so I wont be missing winters I guess!
Since the craftroom will be packed for the relocation this summer, and with all my travels in between to India and to Europe to settle my daughter in her university, I see taking a blog break as well as a crafting break too.

But meantime, I do wanted to tryout the new goodies

I am sharing a card I made using the new goodies from Altenew., the layered bloom cover plate dies.

I have both the plates with the DCMV glitter cardstocks and layered them together, I did some inlaid for the leaves. I also did some watercoloring to the remainder of the layered blooms.
Added the heat embossed sentiment tot o finish off.

TCC - #66

Top3 at Tuesday Throwdown

Hello all, its time for a new challenge at the Card Concept. We have a super pretty inspiration this week.
I made a one layer card inspired by the roses and hearts, and of course the colors as well.
I cut out a heart mask, and use the roses from AlteNew vintage roses set, and stamped in shades of pink, peach and red. It is a multiple stamping set, and I have used different shades of inks on the steps to show the stamping.
I was only to keep it One layer, but then I ended up smudging some ink on the card, and the stamping in the heart was way too pretty to trash and start over. So I decided to add a shimmery card to a white strip and added it to the base, and stamped the sentiment, actually I had to squeeze the sentiment on the strip, as I added the strip first, well some days aren't my best days!!!
Stamped 2 tiny hearts from Paper Smooches sweet hearts set, and a few pearls to finish off.
It does look soft and pretty to me, regardless of the mistakes I made, and hoping that the mistakes aren't too visible.
