Hey everyone, from time to time I will be looking inside my wardrobe for inspirations, and whenever I do that I will add the card. I am starting a separate series for that.
For my first card, I just chose what I was wearing the other day, any guesses what it might be???
Well these are my PJ's 🙈 I bought these in India, and I have to agree that there is more color to the Indian section in my wardrobe than the western one, which are usually grey, black, blue and white.
I was thinking of the wardrobe inspiration those days, and then I got inspired by the Marimekko's and the colors here. I never paid attention before that these were Marimekkos!
Really, I have had these for at least 6 years! That's much before I started serious cardmaking or blogging!
Ok, so no surprise that I chose the Marimekko stamps from Uniko style here.
I used lawn Fawn grey ink, and a green ink for the flowers. Then I used the marble stencil from CrafTangles to ink up in black, purple and green, in random.
I added the sentiment on a panel and a part in purple to go with the whole design here.
I hope you like what I have come up with.
