Encouragement Challenge November

Hello all, its time for our encouragement challenge. We have a very lovely inspiration with some soft shades for you this time.

I am using just the colors this time, and used the Floating set to make this simple one layer card. i stamped the balloon in green and brown ink, and used markers to add the color to some flowers. finished off with a few black jewels.
