Happy Sunday friends,

I am up with a super simple card with minimal colors on it.

I was inspired a couple of challenges and as well as my view from home for this card.

I looked outside this morning and it was cloudy and overcast, we live on the 38th floor, so we can not only see very far but also into another country! The view is beautiful most of the time regardless of the weather, the same view I have different shots and all look so different yet stunning .

Those mountains are in China.

I have used Hickory smoke DI to depict the overcast grey skies using the stencil from Craftangles, a very gentle hand is used to sponge the clouds.

The skyscaper die cut is from Paper Smooches, I have lightly colored using Grey, and orange Prismacolor pencils.

That amazing sentiment from Technique Tuesday stamps. I added score lines to frame the sentiment.

I did add a few heart sequins, and one sequin on a top window to depict HOME.

Hoping I can call it CAS despite so much going on this quick make.

Cosmos bouquet digi

Hello friends, today I am sharing another digital stamp I illustrated in the cosmos flower series.

I illustrated a bouquet using all the solo flowers and buds I drew in this series.

I have used Chameleon markers and Prismacolor pencils to color these.

The sentiment is from Altenew, added green glitter strip to the panel, and added using a foam adhesive.

A few white strips at the bottom and a few jewels to finish off this card.

 Hello friends, first of all wish you all a happy new year!

I had been missing in action for last few weeks, as I had a surgery last month and had taken a much needed break from crafting as well as all my social medias. I did tiny bit of coloring and a whole lot of illustrations though.

Today's card is inspired by the illustrations I did inspired by the pictures I clicked a few days back.

Macau has beautiful flowers planted all across the city, this year the main focus is Chrysanthemums and Cosmos. I used the cosmos as my inspiration here, and of course I was tickled to color and see how it would look. 

I illustrated a lot of cosmos, used one on todays card.

First a few pictures I clicked.

For the card, I have used a solo cosmos flower, and repeated it and layered it. Printed it off and used Prismacolor pencils to color, even the colors are inspired by the flower in the picture.

I then used Hickory smoke DI to ink blend the clouds. 

I added some silver glitter strips to the card top and bottom.

The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

A few jewels to finish it off.

The flowers are the major part of Macau, every 3 months we have a new variety planted and there are many enthusiasts like me who wait to capture the pictures of these. This is one thing I look forward to.

Snowflake bauble - Uniko Challenge Reminder

 Hello friends, I am up with Challenge reminder post fro Uniko.

I had taken the inspiration straight from the graphic and drew this bubble and colored it using Prismacolor pencils.

I used the snowflakes stencil from Uniko and inked in white pigment ink and then used a gold glitter marker to color it, and drew the bauble head and the chain using the same.

The sentiment is added using Gold perfect pearls.

I added it to a shimmery red base card.

Red and Green tie&dye patterns - CrafTangles Challenge

The theme is Red and Green or Snow.

I have used the red snd green as my inspiration today.
