Cork hearts

Hey everyone, hope all are having a great weekend, sharing a quick card, which I made this afternoon.
Its pretty much a one layer card, but for the cork hearts, and the sentiment panel.

I started with a white base, and dry embossed it, and then I cut 2 cork hearts and added it along with a sentiment, and the sentiment is from Mama Elephant - Water blooms. A few rhine stones to finish off.
It is super simple and easy card to make, I love the simple look, and hope all do too.

Another flowery treat

Good morning everyone! Sharing a quick card, which I made 2 days back.
It is a one layer card, I chose white base, and did some masking and sponged the grey ink to form a panel, and then I stamped the sentiment on the panel. Afterwards, I stamped the flowers, This is from my new stamp sets which I purchased recently, from Wplus Designs. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant. Hope you like this simple card.

Flowery treat

Hello everyone, I am posting a card which I made yesterday night, was feeling bit under the weather, so going to keep the post really to the point and short.

It is a one layer card, chose white base. I chose the Mama Elephant - water flowers and leaves to stamp on the card, I went in as I was stamping, nothing was pre - planned, and the sentiment is also from the same set. I had used Hero arts pink neon ink to do the flowers. I like the feel of it, its a very cheery card. Hope you all like it too.

I love you like a love song

Good morning everyone, finally the skies has cleared up, and I can see the sun shining brightly, and the blue skies are back...hopefully will stay like this...it is cold, but bright!!

I made a quick card, it a very simple one layer card.
I chose the sentiment from the song - "I love you like a love song" - from Selena Gomez.....if have a teen in your household, then I bet you had come across this song....if not, then I suggest go on youtube, and give it a go...its a  very catchy song...I personally like it.

After printing the sentiment, I just used a die cut heart as a mask and sponged around with a red pigment ink, and added a tiny heart in the center.....and stamped few music notes.......after all its a song ;)

That's it...hope you all like it.

Muse
I thought of creating this card using a die cut, but ended up using the die cut as masking.
But totally going with the song part, and kept the hearts as it is....very different from Michele's card - her card is a CAS perfection and a gorgeous card.

Some neon fun!

Good morning everyone!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are to a great start with a new week. I was in Hong Kong for the weekend, so was away from crafting.
I did stop by a craft store and bought myself some goodies, going HK and coming back without stopping by the store is not going to happen ;)

I made 2 cards using the new supplies,
the first one up is a super simple card, I used a textured mustard yellow card base, and added a white front, rounded the corners.
I stamped the flowers using Mama Elephant's Water flowers, used a neon yellow, and pink plus olive green distress ink to stamp. The sentiment is from WPlus Designs - embroidered flowers.
That's it, a simple but bright card.

I had used new stamps and inks to create this card.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The second one up is also a simple card, almost one layer.
I chose a white base, and added a mask leaving about an inch or so and sponged towards the mask, blending the ink in,but in a faded way, chose a pink pigment ink for this.
Then I added a frame using a fine tip black pen, and then stamped the small flowers from WPlusDesigns - embroidered flowers, the sentiment is also from the same set. Finally added a quilled flower and leaves to finish off, I love the simplicity of this card, hope you all like it too.
