Today I sat down to experiment with an idea, which crawled into my head yesterday night. I had used face paints on one of my cards. The ones I have at home are very similar to gelatos, so I just used those instead of gelatos.
I chose red, blue and yellow face paint to randomly rub on my card front, then I used a baby wipe to smooth out the face paints. Added the honeycomb stencil and went in to rub off the paint with a baby wipe. I like the effect very much!
Chose the stamps from STAMPlorations, and used a calligraphy pen to draw irregular border.

The second card is also made using the STAMPlorations stamps, for this I started inking the panel with various colors, then added my panel on a black card stock to give a border, and stamped the sentiment to finish off.

Unlike my previous entry, this time I chose only the colors from the picture.
I gave a black border for my front panel.
And finally a personal picture to share, if you had read my yesterday's post you will know my daughter got some award in the morning. This one was in the night, my darling son got a medal for his soccer, they finished 2nd at a tournament earlier this year. He is a star player of the school soccer team, plays center forward, and he was the top scorer with the most goals :), and the team traveled to China for 5 days for this tournament.. A few more days of school left, and its always a treat see the kids getting some recognition.
Thank you
