Made this card using a cute inspiration picture and just love the colors in there.
My eyes caught the miniature tree with neon balloons on it, and I kind of knew what I was going to come up with.
I drew and cut out the tree using scissors.
Added some neon flowers, again cutting out each flower using scissors. For this I had used a neon pattern paper.

Sponged some candles, using a self made tiny stencil. For the candle flame, I had used glitter. Used a double sided tape for glitter, I always use this technique for an even layer of glitter and it doesn't scatter later on too.
Stamped the sentiment using a pale ochre ink, and ran a golden colored glitter gel pen over it.
Distressed the edges with a yellow ink, and a few dots in pink and gold to finish off.
