Uniko Revisit, bloghop and GIVEAWAY

Hey all, this month we are revisiting a previously released 'Some bunny' set, It is is perfect for the current season as well. It is a cute bunny and Easter or spring themed set.

I have used a handmade paper for this, I stamped the bunny on it using distress ink vintage photo, and then colored it using Marsgraphic markers in shades of brown. Fussy cut to add to the card.

I did some stenciling using  Hero Arts Neon sunshine ink and ARTplorations bubbles stencil. I added the bunny using a foam adhesive and the fence is from my stash of felt embellishments, I thought it goes pretty well with the whole theme. The bunny is tucked behind the fence.
I stamped some tiny flowers around the card to replicate spring, using worn lipstick distress ink. Stamped the sentiment on top.
Added black tiny rhine stones for the eyes, and stamped a black bow, and done!

Stitched long dress on a card

* Top 3 at Addicted to CAS *

Hey everyone, happy Monday! I am up with a card which I just finished it. This card was cooking in my head since I saw the graphic at the AAA cards yesterday.
As usual I doodled the dress, if you know me, you would know that I always doodle the my designs for sewing.
Actually this is the kind of dresses I used to make for my daughter, only difference was that her dresses were knee length.
A seamstress in me want to sew this dress in real!

I used grey embroidery floss to add back stitches, and the bosom area is done using eyelet stitch. I also added some transparent beads to the waistline. I used a grey marker from my Mars-graphic markers and added some shades from waist and down, and it was done.
The sentiment is from STAMPlorations and Uniko.
A few blings to finish off. I am loving this card, more for the dress I guess.

Teal crunch

* Showcases at Less is More *

Happy Sunday everyone. I am up with a CAS card today. After many days a card inspired by challenges.
It is a simple one layer card. I chose a teal textured base, this card stock was sent by a friend from India. I really love the card stocks she sent me, all are very unique and full of different textures.

I used Uniko - nature's treasure set to stamp the leaves in black. The sentiment is from STAMPlorations, I stamped in a shadow format here. A black twine to finish off along with my usual black rhine stones.
I am absolutely loving this CAS beauty in a non white shade. I hope you do like it.

Green it is!

 * Top pick at 4 Crafty Chicks *

Hey all, I am up with another green card today!
It is a one layer card, I have used Paper Smooches - Curls and Swirls stamp set here. I used Stampin' Up - Wild Wasabi to stamp the images. I masked a small panel on top first. Once all the stamping was done, I moved my mask to the stamped area and sponged the white panel with the same ink. The sentiment is from PS - Gently seasoned set. I added a white and green baker's twine, and I added a green split pin with the word SMILE on it from my stash. I had let the twine hang loosely around the card, nad finished off with many gold jewels.

Tempting Textures

Happy Friday everyone, this week has almost gone by in a swift. We are all gearing up for school experience week trips at my home. Both my kids are going 2 different countries in a weeks time for their experience week adventures. I am bit concerned for my daughter's trip, as she is going in for a volunteer work in a village in jungle :o . She is really excited though!
Hubby and I are taking the opportunity to travel too. So Probably in ten days time my blog will have some scheduled posts or a picture or 2 from my travel spot, it is a beautiful beach resort!

Ok to my card. The card I am sharing some of you might have seen the sneak peeks on Instagram and FB. This one is published in the Craft Stamper March issue, but haven;t seen the light on my blog yet.
I followed the colors ans theme from the craft stamper, this was made a few months back, but it fits perfectly with some challenges!
Please read below in the magazine page how it was made, I am bit lazy to type up again!

TIMEOUT Challenge turns 3

Hey all, today I am posting part of Uniko inspiration along with other D to celebrate TIMEOUT Challenge's 3rd birthday.

The theme is Love/Friendship with the Optional Twist of Spotlight Stamping

I have used the beautiful blooms III set for this card, and used purple and green to do the stamping. It is a multiple stamping set. I have focused on the spotlight stamping technique here. I used the MFT rectangle stitched die to cut the panel, and did the multiple stamping on this, leaving the other panel with outline stamping.
