Hello blogger friends, its a busy start to my week here, after spending the morning in preparing my study notes, and lunch, I sat down to make a card in the afternoon.
Its a very well thought card, it was sitting in my head for a couple of days, before I sat down to execute. For this card I chose white base, and added a red wood-grain pattern paper, and the front is again finished with a white. I cut out circles on the red and white panels. I had used a daisy punch to make a wreath, I was torn in between heat embossing and glitter use....Glitter won over embossing. I used a double sided tape on a card stock and punched the daisies, and sprinkled the glitter, so it is not going to fall off or spread around. I love this technique to add glitter to my cards.
I chose a retro themed circle die cut, and added a glitter star on it, I cut the star myself, don't any die yet, A ribbon is tied in double bow, and also a real bell, which jingles, a few sequins to finish off, and finally stamped the sentiment from Kaisercraft.
It took me a while to make this card, even though it looks pretty simple, but it was sure a time consuming card. I hope you all like it!
